We have simplified the Application Form to make it easier than ever to be listed with TravelSphere. Just follow the step-by-step instructions to submit the required information to us, and we'll do the rest. (Click here if you want to add a complimentary listing.)

Step 1: The type of listing that you want:  

Step 2: Your company's name, address, and business contact:

Step 3: The business name you want to appear on the listing:

Step 4: Your web address (URL) - ex. "http://www.yourhotel.com":  

Step 5: Descriptive Text: For a Regular Listing, you may use 45 words to describe your business. For a Premium Listing, you may use 60 words. For a Preferred Listing you may use up to 100 words.

Step 6: Keywords: Travelsphere's search engine will retrieve your business based on your business name, the city in which you are located, and the keywords from your descriptive text (above). You may also add up to 25 more keywords. Suggestions are nearby towns or cities (especially if you are located in a small village) and activities. (Example: Yarmouth Port, Cape Cod, skiing, ski lodge)

Step 7: Graphics: If you choose the Premium or Preferred Listing, we need a picture or graphic to be displayed with your listing. This can be a photographic print, camera ready art, or brochure. If you'd like to use a graphic that is already shown on your web site, please provide us with the web address (URL) of the graphic/picture. Costs for scanning and image editing are already included. NOTE: We will contact you if you choose a Preferred Listing. In this instance you may have up to 12 images.

Step 9: How did you hear about TravelSphere.com? (i.e., Search Engine, B&B Internet Newsletter, TravelSphere Marketing/Emails, Word of Mouth, etc.) If you were referred to us, please note who referred you - you may be eligible for a discount!

Step 10: A check or money order should be made out to Websoft Developers, Inc. for the proper amount (1 year minimum). This can be sent to us at 1109 Kennedy Place, Suite 2, Davis, CA 95616. Your information will be entered into TravelSphere automatically at the Complimentary level, and will be upgraded upon receipt of your check. (Note: There is a $20 charge for a returned check.)
